I have been practicing Ashtanga yoga with Anthony for eight months now and it has been an amazingly enriching experience. I did 2 years of  Iyengar yoga, but have become addicted to this intensely challenging practice. Anthony has been a wonderful and inspirational teacher, who is profoundly knowledgeable. His support, patience, encouragement and sense of humor have created an environment that allows his students to progress at an optimum pace. The individual hands on attention that we
 receive and his wisdom in identifying and respecting our body’s strengths and limitations make his class enormously satisfying. Afterwards, I feel relaxed, energized and a huge sense of achievement.
Overall , I feel better, physically and psychologically. I am stronger, more flexible and have not suffered the usual sciatica in the winter months. I sleep better and feel more in control of my mind and emotions. I have grown from the opportunity to become mindful and focused, and accepting of were I am at.
Ashtanga Yoga has helped me to release stress, to be more responsible and more confident.
I am deeply grateful to Anthony for helping to enrich my life.

I found Anthonys yoga classes to be light hearted, while maintaining focus on the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. I have found the benefits of this practice to be many fold and profound. Before Ashtanga  I couldn’t touch my toes but in the space of just 8 months I am able to get my legs over my shoulders. 

I find it a great compliment to the other sports that I participate in, providing increased strength, flexibility and stamina. 

Anthony’s communication skills are excellent and he allows his students to perform at their own pace with encouragement and guidance. I have really enjoyed the challenge of this yoga, and leave each class feeling wonderfully relaxed and inspired to continue my practice at home.
